Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing
a) Initiate, plan and execute marketing plans via all media and ensure success of consistent, high quality marketing activities.
2. Enrollment
a) Understand, share and promote CKC values, programs and services to all;
b) Prospective customer visits, recording and tracking/following up;
c) Waiting list recommendation and management;
d) Registration of new students;
e) Customer data recording, organization and reporting, and working with CD’s Assistant to provide accurate customer info and payment details.
3. Customer Services
a) Member photos, music, uniforms, bedding, etc.
b) Log and record receiving and distributing uniforms, bedding, etc.
c) Member communications and interface between parents and Counseling staff
d) Event planner (calendaring), organization of events and meetings
e) Customer feedback collection and feedback
f) Conflict resolution
g) All fee collections
h) All other services that CD directs
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
1. Formal 4 year college education or equivalent
2. Excellent English (working language is English)
3. Minimum 2 years experience working in educational field
4. Understanding educational principles and family purchase dynamics
5. Minimum 2 years of related sales and marketing experiences
6. Proficient computer skills: MS office (including publisher) and alike

Working Hours
1. 40 hours a week over Monday to Friday
Details: M-F 8:15-13:00, 13:45-5:00
